When you place an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details. We confirm each order by email at info@sprintatoys.com. If any item in your kit is missing or damaged on arrival, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account settings. Each month's kit is selected based on the age and skill level you provide at signup. We do not lock you into long-term contracts, and you can switch between kit themes whenever a new cycle begins.
